UNDERSTANDING QUICKTIME FOR WINDOWS VIDEO IntelliMedia titles use a lot of QuickTime for Windows motion video to illustrate the skills you need to become a better angler. QuickTime for Windows is already included in the product and will be automatically installed along with the program. Although QuickTime will run on an MPC Level 1-compliant PC (described in "IntelliMedia Hardware Requirements"), the best video quality requires a more powerful processor and a fast 1 MB video card. IntelliMedia video is stored on the CD for display at 15 frames per second with 16.7 million colors. QuickTime compensates for slower computers and/or slower video cards by decreasing the frame rate to fewer frames per second. This may result in a picture that appears jerky. If your video card is not capable of displaying 16.7 million colors, QuickTime will use 256 colors, resulting in a slightly grainy image.
